Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of World Trade Factory interfaces, websites, and related software (the “Service”). By accessing the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter a binding contract and must not be prohibited from using trading or crypto services under applicable law (including sanctions restrictions).

2. Nature of the Service

World Trade Factory provides software that displays market information and may route orders to third-party venues (including but not limited to SFOX, Alpaca, and Jupiter). We are not your broker, exchange, custodian, or investment adviser unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

3. Accounts & wallets

You are solely responsible for wallets you connect or create, including private keys, seed phrases, and device security. Transactions signed by your wallet are irreversible on-chain. Platform trading wallets are encrypted in your browser environment; loss of credentials may mean permanent loss of access to funds.

4. Third-party venues

Execution, custody, settlement, KYC/AML, fees, and availability are controlled by the venue you select. Their terms apply in addition to these Terms. We are not liable for venue outages, rejected orders, or venue policy changes.

5. Market data

Quotes, charts, and indicators may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Do not rely on the Service as your sole source of trading decisions.

6. Prohibited use

You may not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with others, violate law, or use the Service to launder funds, evade sanctions, or manipulate markets.

7. Intellectual property

World Trade Factory branding, interface design, and software are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, revocable license to use the Service for lawful personal or internal business purposes.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WORLD TRADE FACTORY AND ITS AFFILIATES ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR DIGITAL ASSETS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless World Trade Factory from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your wallets, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Changes & termination

We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where World Trade Factory designates its principal place of business, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
